Our founder, Tyler, built his construction career at DeMattei Construction, one of Silicon Valley’s premier high-end residential builders. Spending seven years honing his expertise on million-dollar custom homes taught him uncompromising standards. That experience shaped everything about how PrimeLine operates today.
After launching TJM Interiors for Silicon Valley’s most exacting clients, Tyler identified a massive gap in the commercial market. Property managers were stuck coordinating multiple vendors – one for striping, another for sealcoating, another for painting – often dealing with unreliable communication.
The business model was clear: bring high-end construction standards to commercial property maintenance and offer property managers the one thing they value most – a single reliable contractor who handles everything.
